PT Bina Usaha Maritim Indonesia, trading as BUMI Shipmanagement (BSM), is a ship management company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The company was formally established in 1997, with its ship management activities tracing back to 1982 when they began as the technical department of the Bumi Laut Group.

BSM manages a fleet of tanker, container and general cargo vessels, handling technical operations and crew management on behalf of ship owners and principals. Its crew management procedures focus on training and staffing Indonesian seafarers to meet international shipping standards.

The company is headquartered at Jalan Majapahit 28 C-D in central Jakarta, an address shared with other Bumi Laut Group shipping entities such as Bumi Laut Shipping Services and Bumi International Tankers.
