International Ship Management & Agency Services Incorporated (ISMAS) has operated in the maritime tug and barge sector since 1977, with its day-to-day operations based in San Antonio, Florida, near Tampa.

The company manages ocean-going tugs and tank barges that transport molten sulfur from refineries along the Gulf Coast, including locations in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi, to receiving facilities in Tampa, Florida. Managed vessels have included the tugs Betty S. and Kelly along with associated barges.

ISMAS maintains a second office in Hillsdale, New Jersey, which oversees overall company management, while the Florida office handles the daily operation and crewing of the fleet.
