Norwest Management Co. Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based company established on 1 August 1990, with its office at 1 Maritime Square, #10-33 HarbourFront Centre, Singapore. It provides owners' representative services to ship owners worldwide, with a focus on new shipbuilding project supervision and management.

The company's services include technical consultancy, pre-purchase inspections, vessel condition assessment and crewing management. Through its affiliate Norwest Shipping Agencies Pte. Ltd., it also performs ship agency and husbanding duties for vessels calling at the port of Singapore.

Its technical department works alongside the operations team to support agency clients with additional technical expertise when required. The company holds ISO Quality Management certification for crew management, obtained in 1997, and for new shipbuilding project supervision, obtained in 2006.
