Precious Shipping Public Company Limited (PSL) is a Thai dry-bulk shipowner headquartered on North Sathorn Road in the Silom area of Bangkok. Established in 1989 and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1993, the company owns and operates a fleet of bulk carriers trading worldwide on a tramp basis.

The fleet includes Handysize, Supramax, Ultramax and cement carrier vessels, chartered to customers on both time charter and voyage charter terms for the transport of dry bulk cargoes across international trade routes. Technical management of the fleet is carried out through Great Circle Shipping Agency, a wholly owned Bangkok-based subsidiary.

PSL serves industrial and commodity trading clients requiring bulk maritime transport, with operations spanning Asia and other global markets from its Bangkok head office.
