The United Arab Shipping Company, also known as UASC, is a multinational shipping conglomerate with its headquarters in the Middle East. UASC was established in 1976 and currently has more than 185 offices in various locations across the globe. The company operates in over 275 ports and destinations all over the world, making it the largest container shipping line operating in the Middle East Asia region and nearby markets. In addition to its various value-added services, UASC provides containerized cargo transportation, as well as temperature-controlled (reefer) and out-of-gauge freight.
