Robert comes to Clyde & Co. from Lewis Brisbois, where he was a partner and a member of the commercial lending, complex business and commercial litigation, maritime and energy, and transportation groups. He will be focusing his practice on commercial lending. Before this, he worked for Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL), one of the largest cruise lines in the world, for a total of 17 years, first as the General Counsel and Executive Vice President and then as the Managing Director of NCL America. In these roles, he oversaw legal and corporate affairs for the company.
