Petrolífera Ducar S.L. is a Spanish-owned fuel storage and bunkering company whose operations began in Ceuta in the late 1950s, following the firm's founding in 1954. Its operating headquarters sit on Carretera de San Amaro in Ceuta, while administrative offices are located at Claudio Coello 32 in Madrid.

The company runs two tank farms in Ceuta port, known as Ducar I and Ducar II, together holding eleven vertical fixed-roof tanks for gasoil and fuel oil with a combined capacity of around 119,000 cubic metres. These facilities are connected to loading points at both the Poniente and Levante docks.

Through this infrastructure, the company stores and delivers third-party hydrocarbon products to vessels calling at Ceuta, acting as an independent bunkering terminal for ships rather than a retail lubricants supplier.
