Unternehmensinformationen
Reinauer Transportation Companies is a family-owned maritime business based at 1983 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, New York. Founded in 1923 by Bert Reinauer, the company began by converting a fishing vessel into a self-propelled motor tanker and has since grown into a group of affiliated companies now managed by the fourth generation of the Reinauer family. The company operates tugboats, barges, and articulated tug-barge units for bulk liquid chemical and petroleum transportation, ship assist and docking, and towing services along the East Coast, the Gulf of Mexico, the Caribbean, the Great Lakes, and Canada. Affiliated companies extend its activities into marine construction, offshore support, and shipyard services including new construction and vessel repair. In addition to its Staten Island headquarters, Reinauer maintains offices in East Boston, Massachusetts, and North Kingstown, Rhode Island, supporting its fleet operations and maritime service divisions across multiple regions.
