Empting Mineralöle GmbH is a marine fuel supplier based in Cuxhaven, Germany, and part of the Bröring group. It started selling oil products in 1969, first as a dealer for Deutsche Fina and from 1982 as a partner of Mobil Oil. At first it covered only the Cuxhaven area. Today it supplies ships across the North Sea and Baltic Sea using its own bunker boats and coastal tankers, which carry from about 150 to 2,400 tonnes. Its products include marine gas oil, marine diesel, heating oil, heavy fuel oils to customer specification, and lubricants in containers or in bulk. It keeps tank storage of up to about 4,500 cubic meters. It takes orders around the clock, every day of the year.
