Chemoil Corporation is a marine fuel supplier headquartered at 4 Embarcadero Center in San Francisco, California. Founded in 1981, the company grew into one of the largest independent physical suppliers of marine fuel products worldwide, buying, storing, blending and delivering fuel oil to oceangoing vessels.

Its core business covers bunker fuel services for ships in port, serving container lines, tanker fleets, time charter operators and marine fuel traders. Historically the company maintained physical operations in locations including Los Angeles, New York, Houston, Singapore, Panama and the Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp region, in addition to its San Francisco base.

Since 2009 Chemoil has operated under the ownership of global commodities trader Glencore, which took a majority stake that year and later increased its holding to over 89 percent. The San Francisco office continues to serve as a contact point for the company's bunkering activities.
