Shiptrade Panama S.A. is a ship brokering and chartering firm based in Panama City, in the Paitilla district. The company was founded in 2007 by shipbroker Armando Lopez, who trained at the Norwegian Shipping Academy and brings experience in dry and wet chartering.

In 2010 the firm was joined by brothers Captain Francisco and Captain Luis Perez-Salamero, both with sea-going experience and education at SUNY Maritime College. Together the team handles voyage, time and bareboat chartering for owners, charterers and commodity traders across the Americas, working with vessel sizes from mini bulk carriers up to Supramax and Neo Panamax.

Services cover both pre-fixture work, such as market analysis and vessel presentation, and post-fixture tasks including laytime calculations and demurrage negotiation. The company also arranges heavy-lift, intermodal transport and wind-tower installation logistics for dry and project cargo shipments.
