As a professional, versatility is a key trait that defines me. I am currently involved in budgeting for large projects at CANDIDO HERMIDA SL, focusing on manufacturing and installing structures and furniture for cruise ships, luxury yachts, hotels, and unique projects worldwide. I have also held positions such as Technical and Purchasing Director at CARDAMA Shipyard in Vigo, and Production Coordinator and Plant Director at NODOSA Shipyard in Marín, both renowned for ship repair and manufacturing. For the past 3.5 years, I have had the opportunity to engage in design, calculations, budgeting, commercial offers, coordination, production planning, personnel management, new investments, and general maintenance at two shipyards. Additionally, I served as Director of Operations and Head of Production for 4 years at EMESA and HORTA COSLADA, overseeing heavy structure manufacturing. I also successfully implemented Lean manufacturing techniques to enhance their logistics areas and supply chains. Having achieved significant enhancements in productivity, quality, and control of manufacturing processes. The Technical Director and Head of Structures have over 9 years of experience in the engineering departments of the H.J. BARRERAS (Vigo) and Hidrofersa (Viveiro). Having designed the basic architecture of multiple ships and calculated a variety of electrical and hydraulic machines, gears, etc. for various sectors including Wind, Solar, Hydraulic, Oil, Mining, Naval, and Military. Quality Control Manager for 2 years at HORTA COSLADA (Arteixo), where I implemented techniques that reduced manufacturing costs and improved the company's image with customers. Technical-Commercial for over 2 years, budgeting structures and metallic furniture for the Retail sector at MANTIÑAN LESTAYO and filtration and fluid treatment equipment for the military naval, Offshore, and civil naval sector at DETEGASA.
