The group was later reorganised as ASP Ship Management Group and has operated under a management buyout led by David Borcoski and Adrian Whatley. The company provides technical ship management, crew management, marine and technical services, and logistics and commercial services to owners of tankers, bulk carriers, container ships, car carriers, ferries, offshore vessels and other ship types. It also offers newbuilding supervision, dry docking coordination, and marine consultancy services. Beyond its Melbourne headquarters, ASP Ships Group maintains technical and manning offices across locations including Singapore, New Zealand, India, the Philippines, Ukraine, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Croatia and Germany, supporting a global fleet and crew pool.
