Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC is a Dubai-based maritime group established in 2003, listed on the Dubai Financial Market. The company operates a fleet of tankers, offshore support vessels and crew boats, serving oil, gas and petrochemical clients across the Middle East and internationally. Its services are organised into three business units: maritime logistics, ship management and agency services, supported from its Dubai headquarters with additional facilities at the ports of Fujairah and Khorfakkan and an office in Saudi Arabia. The group holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications covering quality, safety and environmental management. Gulf Navigation has recently expanded through acquisitions, including the integration of Brooge Energy assets, and has been involved in a corporate restructuring that includes a change of group name to Etihad Energy Holding PJSC, while continuing shipping operations under the Gulf Navigation brand.
