Alassia NewShips Management Inc. is a ship management company headquartered at 138 Dionysou Street in Maroussi, Athens, Greece. The business traces its roots to Alassia Steamship Company, established in 1965, and was formally founded under its current name in 2009.

The company provides technical, crew, commercial, operational and HSQE management services to owners of dry bulk vessels trading worldwide, covering Panamax, Kamsarmax, Ultramax and Handymax bulk carriers. Services include newbuilding supervision, purchasing, insurance and claims handling, and crew recruitment and welfare.

Based in Athens, the company employs shore-based staff supporting a seagoing crew pool of around 200 seafarers, with newbuildings under construction to expand its managed fleet.
