The group traces its origins to 1964, formed through the merger of McIlwraith McEacharn and Adelaide Steamship Company, and has since grown into an international ship and crew management operator. The company provides ship management, crew management, and marine and technical services to owners of chemical and product tankers, bulk carriers, container ships, bunker barges, FPSOs, car carriers, ferries, Ro-Ro vessels and other vessel types.
