Clemko Ship Management S.A. is a Greek shipowning and ship management company based at 81 Akti Miaouli in Piraeus. Founded in 1998 under the sole ownership of Cpt Konstantinos Stasinopoulos, the company focuses on the ownership and operation of dry bulk vessels trading worldwide.

The company began with second-hand handysize bulk carriers of around 20,000 dwt trading mainly in the Atlantic, later expanding into handymax and kamsarmax tonnage as its fleet grew. Over time it built and renewed a fleet that has included more than seven handysize ships, with newbuildings delivered from Hyundai Mipo Dockyard.

Clemko manages its vessels under ISM standards, with class held by the Korean Register of Shipping and P&I cover provided by GARD P&I (Bermuda) Ltd. The company also uses electronic bills of lading through an agreement with essDOCS to support its chartering operations.
