COSCO Wallem Ship Management Co., Ltd. is a ship management company based in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China, located at the Cosco Building on Hong Kong Middle Road. The company was formed as a joint venture between COSCO Qingdao and the Hong Kong-based Wallem Group, combining Chinese crewing resources with international ship management experience.

The company began operations in 2005, providing technical and crew management services to both Chinese and international shipowners. It manages a fleet of bulk carriers for owners and charterers that have included Japanese and European interests, alongside Hong Kong shipowners.

COSCO Wallem offers ISM and commercial management services, overseeing dozens of vessels totalling several million deadweight tons. As one of the earlier dedicated ship management joint ventures established on the Chinese mainland, it continues to serve as a link between international shipowners and Chinese seafaring and operational resources.
