公司信息

Egeden Denizcilik ve Tasimacilik Ticaret A.S., trading as Egeden Shipping, is a dry bulk shipping company based on Siraselviler Caddesi in Beyoglu, Istanbul. Founded in 2003 by Zeynep Ozturk, the company focuses on chartering and contracting the seaborne transport of bulk commodities such as coal, iron ore, petroleum coke and steel products.

The company operates across chartering, post-fixture operations, brokerage and ship agency, serving clients that include steel producers, mining groups, industrial companies and commodity traders in markets spanning Turkey, China, the United States, Egypt and Russia. Its brokerage desk arranges fixtures between charterers and shipowners, covering recap preparation, charter party terms and laytime calculations.

Egeden also provides ship agency services for vessels transiting the Turkish straits and calling at Turkish ports including Eregli, Iskenderun and Marmara, supported by a network of subagents. The company is a member of BIMCO, the Turkish Chamber of Shipping and TURMEPA, and maintains banking relationships in Istanbul and Switzerland.
