公司信息

Grecomar Shipping Agency Ltd is a family-run shipping company based in Glyfada, Athens, Greece. The company was established in 1959 with initial activities concentrated on agency and ship broking, later expanding into ship management and the ownership of small cargo coasters.

Over the following decades the company's fleet focus evolved from tween-deck vessels trading the Mediterranean and Continent to handysize bulk carriers and later Panamax tonnage. Its core activity today is the commercial and technical management of bulk carriers ranging from handysize to Panamax, carried out entirely in-house without outsourcing.

Alongside its management work, Grecomar continues to act as an agent and shipbroker on a smaller scale, and has also been involved in the management of ferry boats operating in Greece through an affiliated company. It holds ISM certification since 1998 and is a member of BIMCO, INTERCARGO, the Union of Greek Shipowners and other industry bodies.
