Naess Shipping Philippines Inc. is a Filipino-owned ship manning and ship management company based in Malate, Manila, operating from Naess House on Leon Guinto Street. The company was founded in 1980 and has run its operations from this Manila address since the early years of its existence.

The company recruits and manages seafarers for international shipping principals, combining crew manning with ship management and shipping agency services. Its quality system and crew manning operations have been certified to the ISO 9001-2000 standard by Det Norske Veritas.

Naess Shipping also manages the AMOSUP/ITF training vessel Kapitan Felix Oca, which is used to give Filipino seafarers and trainees practical, hands-on experience before they join commercial ships.
