PT Samudera Indonesia Ship Management (SISMan) is a ship management company based in Jakarta, Indonesia, incorporated in 1992 as part of the Samudera Indonesia group, one of the country's established shipping and logistics operators.

The company provides technical management, crewing management, spare parts procurement, condition survey and marine insurance support for shipowners, covering vessel types such as chemical, oil and gas tankers, container feeders, bulk carriers and offshore support vessels.

SISMan holds Documents of Compliance for Indonesian, Singapore and Panama flags, and operates under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, alongside ISM Code, ISPS Code and MLC 2006 certifications issued through ClassNK.

Drawing on its parent group's network across Indonesian and Asian ports, the company supports shipowners and operators with technical, crewing and fleet management services throughout the region.
