Transmarine Management ApS, also operating as Transmarine Tankers ApS, is a ship management and ship agency company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company was founded in December 1982 and renamed in August 1986 to better reflect its marine management function.

The company acts solely as ship manager and agent on behalf of ship owners and charterers, remaining financially independent from its clients and their vessels. Its services cover commercial and technical management, crewing and vessel operation, bunkering arrangements, registration and flag state certification, accounting, and voyage reporting, handled under standard BIMCO contract terms.

Transmarine holds ISO 9001 and ISM Code certification, including a Document of Compliance, and has experience managing various tanker and dry cargo vessel types. It currently manages tankers for external owners and charterers, operating as a small organisation offering short communication lines from its Copenhagen office.
