Univan Ship Management Ltd is a Hong Kong-headquartered ship manager founded in 1973 by Capt. C.A.J. Vanderperre, providing technical ship management, crew management, newbuilding and conversion supervision, and vessel chartering services to owners worldwide.

Its Kochi branch, registered locally as Univan India Shipping Services Private Limited, operates from the GCDA Commercial Complex on Marine Drive and has supported seafarer recruitment, crewing and training coordination for the group's fleet since the mid-1990s.

In 2015 Univan merged with Anglo-Eastern to form the Anglo-Eastern Univan Group, and the Kochi office continues to function under the Univan name, handling manning and related support services for bulk carriers, tankers and container vessels managed by the group.
