Univan Ship Management Limited is a Hong Kong-based ship manager focused on technical management of tanker vessels. The company was founded more than four decades ago by Captain Charles Vanderperre.

In August 2015 Univan merged with the Anglo-Eastern Group to form the Anglo-Eastern Univan Group, after which Univan continued as a separate brand within the group, specializing in tanker technical management. The company has held ISO 14001 environmental management certification and has worked with classification societies including Lloyd's Register and Nippon Kaiji Kyokai. Its listed office is in Wanchai, Hong Kong.
