Jamuna Oil Company Limited is a petroleum marketing company headquartered at Jamuna Bhaban in the Agrabad commercial area of Chittagong, Bangladesh. Established in 1964, it is a subsidiary of the state-owned Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation and is listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange.

The company procures, stores, transports and distributes refined petroleum products across Bangladesh, including petrol, octane, diesel, kerosene and furnace oil, through a network of filling stations, depots and dealers. Its product range also covers lubricating oils and greases, bitumen and LPG, and it supplies marine fuel to vessels.

Jamuna Oil is a joint owner of MJL Bangladesh, the lubricant blending business formerly known as Mobil Jamuna Lubricants, which operates a blending plant in Chittagong.
