Company Info
Oceana Shipping AG is registered at Avenue des Baumettes 7 in Renens, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, operating under the umbrella of the Suisse-Atlantique shipping group. The company serves as the group's ship-owning entity, holding title to bulk carriers that are managed and operated by affiliated group companies. Within the group, Suisse-Atlantique Société de Navigation Maritime S.A. acts as ship manager while Oceana Bulk SA handles ship operations; the group's headquarters is located in Morges, Switzerland, with additional offices in Athens and Singapore for chartering and legal and compliance functions. The privately and family-owned group employs several hundred staff across shore-based and seagoing positions, with a long-standing history in dry bulk shipping dating back decades. Oceana Shipping AG itself functions as the registered owner of vessels within this structure, rather than as an independent operating or chartering office, and shares its registered address with Suisse-Atlantique in Renens near Lausanne.
