Company Info
Top Crew LLC is a licensed crewing and training agency founded in 2014, with its head office in Krasnodar, Russia, and a visa support office in Kerch, Crimea. The company organizes seafarer training, certification, visa processing and vessel embarkation arrangements on behalf of shipowners and their official representatives. The agency recruits personnel for tanker, dry cargo and other fleet types, working directly under contracts with shipowners rather than charging seafarers for placement. It maintains an online database of seafarer profiles and vacancy listings, supporting candidates through registration and documentation in line with MLC requirements. Contact for crew matters and visa support related to the Kerch office is handled separately from the main Krasnodar administration, with dedicated staff covering engagement, visas and fleet-specific recruitment.
