Ventrin Petroleum Company Limited (VPCL) operates as a marine bunker supplier based at the Port of Point Lisas in Couva, Trinidad and Tobago. Incorporated in June 1995, the company supplies fuel to ships engaged in international trade calling at anchorages and berths along Trinidad's west coast and the Gulf of Paria.

The company works under a special licensing arrangement with the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries on behalf of the Trinidad and Tobago government. It operates a pipeline network connecting Savonetta Piers 1 and 2, ArcelorMittal and PLIPDECO's Berth 1A, with storage facilities supplying Very Low Sulphur Fuel Oil (VLSFO) and Low Sulphur Gas Oil (LSGO) by pipeline and road tank wagon.

Ventrin also delivers marine fuel via leased bunker barges and has extended its services to methanol refuelling for vessels calling at Point Lisas. The company is a subsidiary of Staatsolie, the state oil company of Suriname.
