Crew placement for the managed vessels is carried out through a related company, Songa Crewmanagement Ltd.

The managed fleet comprises around 26 vessels with a combined deadweight of roughly 593,000 tonnes, made up mainly of chemical/oil products tankers alongside crude oil tankers and container ships.
