Songa Shipmanagement Ltd is headquartered in Paisley, Scotland, at 2 Marchfield Drive, Paisley PA3 2RB, close to Glasgow Airport.

The company serves as the in-house ship management company of the Blystad Group, overseeing the technical and operational side of the group's owned tonnage. Its scope of work covers QES supervision, technical supervision including procurement and maintenance, fiscal management and insurance handling, as well as consulting services such as pre-purchase ship inspections, newbuilding management and conversion or upgrading works. Crew placement for the managed vessels is carried out through a related company, Songa Crewmanagement Ltd.

The managed fleet comprises around 26 vessels with a combined deadweight of roughly 593,000 tonnes, made up mainly of chemical/oil products tankers alongside crude oil tankers and container ships.
