ADNOC Distribution, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is a fuel and lubricants marketing company originally established in 1973 as a state-owned enterprise for the distribution of petroleum products in the UAE and abroad.

The company operates a lubricant blending and packaging facility in Sas Al Nakhl, Abu Dhabi, set up in 1979, where it produces automotive, industrial, marine and specialty lubricants under its own brand, including trunk piston and cylinder oils for marine diesel engines, hydraulic oils, white oils and petroleum jelly.

Beyond lubricants, ADNOC Distribution supplies fuel and LPG and runs a large network of service stations across the UAE, extending its retail and fuel distribution operations into Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
