Once all project details are defined and agreed upon by all parties (including on-site investigation if necessary), we can organize the necessary infield services. This includes providing a repair team, supervision, purchasing materials, designing test procedures, and ensuring completion until the equipment passes the running test and receives certification from the relevant authorities. We can also create a maintenance program for the equipment and provide a list of recommended spare parts to ensure it runs smoothly without any downtime. Moreover, one of the applications for the mentioned service is assisting in the claim process on behalf of the client with equipment vendors during the warranty period.
